如何注册一个新账号？

How do I create a new account?

点击网站右上角「立即购买」，选择合适的套餐后，按提示填写邮箱或手机号即可完成注册。注册后会收到一封包含初始密码的邮件 / 短信。

Click "Get Started" on the top-right, choose a plan, and follow the prompts to enter your email or phone number. You'll receive a temporary password by email or SMS.

忘记密码了，怎么办？

I forgot my password — what now?

在登录页面点击「忘记密码」，输入注册邮箱或手机号，系统会发送一条重置链接 / 验证码给您。请在 15 分钟内完成重置，超时需重新操作。

On the login page, click "Forgot password", enter your email or phone, and we'll send a reset link / verification code. Complete the reset within 15 minutes.

可以同时登录几台设备？

How many devices can I use simultaneously?

基础版最多 2 台设备同时在线，专业版 5 台，至尊版 10 台。超过数量会自动挤出最早的连接。您可以在个人中心查看已登录设备并随时远程下线。

Basic: 2 devices. Pro: 5. Ultimate: 10. Excess connections kick out the oldest. You can view devices and remotely sign out in your account panel.

账号被他人盗用了怎么办？

My account was hacked — what do I do?

立即修改密码，并在个人中心 → 设备管理中「一键下线所有设备」。如仍有问题，请发送邮件至 support@clvcha.com.cn，我们会在 10 分钟内协助您冻结账号。

Change your password immediately and use "Sign out all devices" in panel → device management. Email support@clvcha.com.cn and we'll help freeze your account within 10 minutes.

如何修改绑定的邮箱或手机号？

How do I change my email or phone number?

登录后进入「个人中心 → 账号设置」，在邮箱或手机号旁边点击「修改」，按提示验证新的联系方式即可。为了安全，每次修改需要二次验证。

Sign in and go to "Account panel → Account settings". Click "Change" next to your email or phone and verify the new contact. 2FA is required for security.

我可以注销账号吗？

Can I delete my account?

可以，在「个人中心 → 账号设置 → 注销账号」处申请注销。注销前请确认没有未完成的订阅，我们将在 30 天内清除您的全部数据。

Yes — go to "Account panel → Account settings → Delete account". Please make sure there's no active subscription. We'll delete all your data within 30 days.

支持哪些付款方式？

What payment methods are supported?

我们支持支付宝、微信支付、银联卡、Visa / MasterCard / JCB 国际信用卡，以及 USDT（TRC20 / ERC20）加密货币支付。

Alipay, WeChat Pay, UnionPay, Visa / MasterCard / JCB credit cards, and USDT (TRC20 / ERC20) cryptocurrency payments are all supported.

可以开具发票吗？

Can I get an invoice?

可以。在「个人中心 → 我的订单 → 申请发票」，填写抬头信息后，我们将在 3 个工作日内为您开具电子发票，发送到您的邮箱。

Yes. In "Account panel → Orders → Request invoice", enter the invoice details. We'll send an e-invoice to your email within 3 business days.

订阅到期后会自动续费吗？

Will my subscription auto-renew?

默认开启自动续费。如您希望关闭，请在「个人中心 → 我的订阅」中手动关闭自动续费开关，关闭后到期将自动降级为免费试用。

Auto-renew is on by default. To turn it off, go to "Account panel → Subscriptions" and disable the toggle. Your plan will downgrade on expiry.

退款政策是怎样的？

What's your refund policy?

所有付费套餐均享有 7 天无理由退款保障。如您对服务不满意，可在购买后 7 天内提交退款申请，我们将在 1-3 个工作日内原路退回。

All paid plans have a 7-day money-back guarantee. If dissatisfied, submit a refund request within 7 days. We'll refund the original payment method in 1-3 business days.

已购买的套餐可以升级或降级吗？

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

支持随时升级，升级时按剩余天数折算差价。降级将在当前订阅周期结束后生效。请在「我的订阅」中操作。

Upgrades are available anytime — we prorate the remaining days. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Manage in "Subscriptions".

购买后多久可以使用？

How soon can I use the service after purchase?

付款成功后，账号将在 1 分钟内自动升级。您直接登录客户端即可享受对应套餐的全部节点和带宽。

Your account upgrades automatically within 1 minute after payment. Sign in to the client and enjoy all nodes and bandwidth included in your plan.

客户端支持哪些操作系统？

Which operating systems are supported?

我们提供 Windows（7+）、macOS（11+）、iOS（13+）、Android（7+）、Linux（主流发行版）以及部分路由器固件的客户端。详见下载页面。

We provide clients for Windows 7+, macOS 11+, iOS 13+, Android 7+, mainstream Linux distros, and select router firmware. See the download page.

客户端登录后无法连接怎么办？

Client signed in but can't connect — what to do?

请依次排查：1）确认网络能正常访问其他网站；2）在客户端中切换不同节点尝试；3）重启客户端；4）将客户端更新至最新版本；5）联系客服。

Try in order: 1) confirm basic internet access; 2) switch nodes in the client; 3) restart the client; 4) update to the latest version; 5) contact support.

连接上但网速很慢怎么办？

Connected but speeds are slow — what should I do?

1）尝试切换到延迟更低、负载更低的节点；2）重启本地路由器；3）检查设备是否有其他程序在后台占用带宽；4）如持续慢速，请向客服提供节点编号和测速截图。

1) Switch to a node with lower latency / load; 2) restart your router; 3) check if other apps are using bandwidth; 4) share the node ID and speed test screenshot with support.

什么是「智能连接」？

What is "Smart Connect"?

智能连接会根据您当前的网络环境和使用场景，自动选择最合适的节点与协议，为您提供稳定、低延迟的连接体验。推荐大多数用户直接使用智能连接。

Smart Connect automatically picks the best node and protocol based on your current network — delivering stable, low-latency connections. Recommended for most users.

什么是「网络锁 (Kill Switch)」？

What is Kill Switch?

网络锁会在 VPN 连接意外中断时，立即阻止设备继续访问互联网，防止您的真实 IP 地址和上网记录泄露。我们强烈建议在公共场所使用时开启此功能。

Kill Switch blocks all internet traffic the moment the VPN disconnects unexpectedly — preventing your real IP and browsing history from leaking. Highly recommended on public networks.

客户端安装后被杀毒软件误报？

My antivirus flags the client after install?

我们的客户端已通过权威数字签名，未包含任何恶意代码。您可将节点 梯子加入杀毒软件的白名单，或暂时关闭防护以完成安装。如仍有疑问，请联系客服。

Our clients are digitally signed and contain no malware. Please add 快联外网 VPN to your antivirus whitelist, or temporarily disable protection during installation. Contact us if in doubt.

We operate 100+ nodes in 20+ countries / regions: USA, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, UK, Germany, France, Canada, Australia, Russia, India, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, UAE, Turkey, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, South Africa, and more.

如何选择最合适的节点？

How do I choose the best node?

推荐优先使用「智能连接」。如需手动选择，一般遵循：离您越近的节点通常延迟越低；节点列表中会显示实时延迟和负载，优先选择数值较低的节点。

"Smart Connect" is recommended first. For manual selection, generally: closer nodes have lower latency; pick nodes with lower real-time latency and load shown in the list.

最高支持多少带宽？

What's the maximum bandwidth supported?

我们的骨干线路使用万兆 (10 Gbps) 级带宽。个人用户在专业版及以上套餐下，单连接可达到 500 Mbps 级别；基础版限速 100 Mbps。实际可用速度取决于您本地网络情况。

Our backbone uses 10 Gbps+ bandwidth. Individual users on Pro+ can reach ~500 Mbps per connection; Basic plans are capped at 100 Mbps. Actual speed depends on your local network.

节点会断连吗？

Do nodes ever disconnect?

我们提供 99.9% 可用性保障。节点偶尔可能因维护而暂时下线，此时您的客户端会自动切换至备用节点，无需手动操作。计划性维护会提前 24 小时在公告中通知。

We guarantee 99.9% uptime. Nodes may go offline for maintenance occasionally — your client auto-switches to a backup node, no manual action needed. Planned maintenance is announced 24h in advance.

能指定使用某个城市的节点吗？

Can I use a node in a specific city?

可以。客户端节点列表按「国家 / 地区 → 城市 → 具体节点」分层，您可以手动选择特定城市的节点。部分城市还提供多个节点互为备用。

Yes. Nodes are grouped by "Country / Region → City → specific node". You can manually select a city. Some cities have multiple backup nodes.

看视频、直播卡顿怎么办？

Buffering while streaming — what to do?

1）切换到距离视频源网站较近的节点（例如看美国流媒体切换到美国节点）；2）尝试不同协议，UDP 协议通常更适合流媒体；3）确认本地网络不是限速方；4）如仍卡顿，请向客服反馈。

1) Switch to a node near the streaming source (e.g., US node for US streaming); 2) try different protocols — UDP is usually better for streaming; 3) confirm your local ISP is not throttling; 4) contact support if still buffering.

你们记录我的上网活动吗？

Do you log my browsing activity?

不记录。我们严格执行「零日志 (No-Logs)」政策——不记录您访问的网站、不记录流量内容、不记录 DNS 请求。我们只保留最少必要的账号信息（邮箱 / 手机号）用于服务交付。

No. We strictly follow a No-Logs policy — we don't log sites visited, traffic content, or DNS requests. We only keep minimal account info (email / phone) for service delivery.

使用了什么加密协议？

What encryption protocols are used?

我们自研的 LightCat 协议采用 AES-256-GCM 加密 + ChaCha20-Poly1305 备用，配合 TLS 1.3 握手，在保障军用级安全的同时，保持极低开销和极高吞吐。

Our proprietary LightCat protocol uses AES-256-GCM encryption with ChaCha20-Poly1305 fallback, combined with TLS 1.3 — military-grade security with minimal overhead and high throughput.

在公共 Wi-Fi 上使用安全吗？

Is it safe to use on public Wi-Fi?

非常安全，且我们强烈推荐。在公共 Wi-Fi（如咖啡馆、机场、酒店）中，中间人攻击和数据嗅探风险较高，使用白鲸加速器下载可以将所有流量端到端加密，保护您的账号密码和隐私数据。

Very safe — and we strongly recommend it. On public Wi-Fi (cafés, airports, hotels), man-in-the-middle and sniffing risks are high. 2026年VPN VPN encrypts all traffic end-to-end, protecting passwords and privacy.

你们会把我的数据提供给第三方吗？

Will you share my data with third parties?

不会。我们不会主动向任何第三方（包括政府机构、广告商、数据分析公司）提供用户数据。此外，我们服务器均在无数据保留法的司法管辖区运行，从架构层面保障您的隐私。

No. We never proactively provide user data to any third parties (government agencies, advertisers, data-analytics companies). Our servers operate in jurisdictions with no data-retention laws — privacy by architecture.

DNS 是否泄露？

Is there any DNS leak?

不会泄露。我们的客户端强制所有 DNS 请求通过 VPN 隧道，由我们的专用 DNS 解析器处理。您可以在任何公开的 DNS 泄露测试网站进行独立验证。

No leaks. Our client forces all DNS requests through the VPN tunnel, handled by our dedicated DNS resolvers. You can independently verify on any public DNS-leak test site.

我使用双因素认证 (2FA) 吗？

Do you support 2FA?

支持。我们提供 TOTP 标准的两步验证，兼容 Google Authenticator、Authy、Microsoft Authenticator 等主流应用。在「账号设置 → 安全中心」中可开启。
